Dough: 18 oz all-purpose flour, 4 oz butter, 4 oz sugar, 2 eggs, 0.5 oz baking powder (we freeze half of this dough for next time)


Filling: 18 oz Farmers Cheese, 3 tablespoons sour cream, 1 oz Vanille pudding powder, 3 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons sugar, juice of one lemon, fresh fruit (frozen fruits work as well)
