Serves 4 very hungry people (2 baking sheets):


Dough: 9 oz all-purpose flour, 9 oz pizza flour, 1 package dried yeast (8g), pinch of salt, little olive oil


Toppings: whatever you find in the refrigerator. We have used: olive oil (direkt on the dough, 4 oz tomato sauce, Oregano, 1 onion, 1/2 fennel, 1/2 red pepper, mushrooms, Mozzarella cheese, chili, ramps.


Bake in the oven at 480 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20-30 minutes.
