KITCHEN AND CELLAR


The Obauer kitchen turns out fare that is regional, seasonal, creative, traditional and modern, hot and cold, and usually all of the above at the same time. It is backed up by such an extensive philosophy that it is almost impossible to explain. The best description is simply “Obauer cuisine”. Food is served in the large and small Restaurants and, when the weather is fine, in the Garden as well. The separate restaurant, Eisriesenwelt, is reserved for groups and parties of up to 30. There is also a wine cellar, of course, with a great selection of wines to round up an overall experience of fine dining.
